(5/4/2021) We have been hearing from a number of the homeowners that there have been issued signing into the new Spectrum website. We have contacted Christina, our Spectrum Property Manager who informed us the Spectrum IT team is working on resolving the issue. They asked that we be patient with them during this time and give them until May 10th to complete the transition and import of our data into their systems.

(5/2/2021)  As most of you know, we have now transitioned from PMG Associa to Spectrum as our management company. While there are many reasons this change was made, the board feels that Spectrum will be a much better fit for our community and we are excited to work with them.

Keep a look out for a welcome card in the mail. It will have your registration information on it. 

(4/27/21) Due to the high volume of people that have yet to pickup their Pool Fob, the board is hosting ONE more FREE pickup time. Saturday May 22nd 10am-Noon will be the FINAL FREE pickup day. If you want a fob and have do not pick it up on May 22nd, there will be a $15 fee to get the fob mailed to you. 

In order to reduce wait time, please make sure to register online first. If you have already registered, please DO NOT register again. Confirmation email is not required. If you have an outstanding balance, you will need to take care of this FIRST.
