Pool Rules

Windstone Colony HOA is not liable for any accident and/or injury occurring while using pool facilities.
 In case of emergency CALL 911. Red 911 phone is available in the main pool area. 

Account Status with the HOA:
In order for your household to enjoy the use of the neighborhood amenities, your account must be in good standing with the HOA. You must have paid all of your current and prior dues as well as not have any outstanding fess on your account. Your Pool Key is tired directly to your account status and WILL NOT WORK if your account is not in good standing.

Pool Rules:
The list of Pool Rules are below. Violation of any of the Pool Rules by you or your guest will result in Pool access suspension for the entire account as well as possible fines. HOMEOWNERS ARE RESPONSBILE FOR THEIR GUESTS.

· No profanity

· No running or rough play, only designated water toys allowed in pool

· No glass containers

· No alcoholic beverages

· No smoking or vaping

· No Diving

· Floating items in the pool are subject to lifeguard discretion

· No pets in the pool or pool area

· Proper swimming attire is required (As shown on sign on gate)

· Lifeguards are not responsible for supervision of the kiddie pool

· There will be a 10 minute rest period per hour. All swimmers under the age of 18 must exist the pool during the scheduled 10 minute rest period

· Coca butter, baby oil and other heavy oils are not permitted

· Homeowners are responsible for the actions of the their guests

· Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older

· No loud music

· No electrical appliances

· Do not swim if you have been ill with diarrhea within the past 2 weeks

· Changing diapers within 6 feet of pool is prohibited

· Extended breath holding activities are dangerous

· Only 2 guests per household allowed

· No “Tailgating” or opening the Pool Gate for anything that is not within your party
Additional rules that must be followed IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE RULES during Swim at Your Own Risk
· No one under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian

· No jumping off lifeguard stands

· No playing on the slide

· No sports balls of any kind

Pool Parties:
The Windstone Colony Pool is available for Pool parties. The party must be before or after regular opening of the pool.

Process is as below:

1. TAE is contacted no less than 10 business days before the requested party date. Requests must be made via

the website (www.taepools.com) on the Parties tab. No other method of request will be considered by the

patron interested in holding a pool party.

2. TAE will respond within 2 business days of request. At this time we review go over calendar and guard

availability, general costs, rules and requirements with the resident.

3. If the resident wishes to continue with the party reservation then TAE shall contact the Client to get approval

for the resident to hold the party.

4. Upon approval or denial by the Client, TAE shall contact the resident back and either inform them of the denial

or work with them to finalize the details of the party.

5. TAE will require the resident to do the following before committing to the party:

a. Sign a TAE party agreement

b. Submit full payment directly to TAE

6. TAE will schedule and staff the party
