pool hours

• Saturday 8/20, Sunday 8/21, Saturday 8/27, Sunday 8/28, Saturday 9/3, Sunday 9/4, Monday 9/5 the pool will be open with lifeguards from 11a-8p. Regular pool rules in effect.

• The Swim at your own risk pool hours are Monday-Sunday 11a-4p. 
• Other than dates above the pool is now in what is considered Swim at Your Own Risk. Please see details below. 

Violation of any of the pool rules can result in pool suspension along with fines charged to the homeowner. 

All pool rules must be followed at all times. The additional Swim at your Own Risk rules must be followed during swim at your own risk ALONG with all other rules. 

• No profanity
• No running or rough play, only designated water toys allowed in pool
• No glass containers
• No alcoholic beverages
• No smoking
• No diving
• Floating item sin the pool are subject to lifeguard discretion
• No pets in the pool or pool area
• Proper swimming attire is required
• Lifeguards are not responsible for supervision of the kiddie pool
• there will be a 10 minute rest period per hour. All swimmers under the age of 18 must exit the pool during the scheduled 10 minute rest period
• Coca butter, baby oil and other heavy oils are not permitted
• Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their guests. 
• Persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older
• No loud music
• No electrical appliances
• Do not swim if you have been ill with diarrhea within the past 2 weeks
• Changing diapers within 6 feet of the pool is prohibited
• Extended breath holding activities are dangerous
• Only 2 guests per household are allowed

• No one under the age of 18 without a parent or guardian
• No jumping off lifeguard stands
• No playing on the slide
• No sports balls of any kind
