Harris County MUD 284 Park and Administration building

In partnership with Harris County MUD 284 and Windstone Colony, an all new park and Administration Building will be built on the property adjacent of the current Windstone Colony Pool. Construction is well underway and expected opening will be Summer of 2025. 

The building will house a Harris County Sheriff's Office Satellite office, a 150 person large meeting room, covered patio, and a board room where both the MUD and HOA will have its meetings . The large meeting room will also be available to house events and be available for rent by the District Residents. 

The Park will feature all new shaded playground equipment for various age groups. An outdoor gym, a restroom facility, and a 1,500 sqft. pavilion.
